This is an opportunity for you to start providing nutrition consultations as a Dietary Educator before you are qualified in Nutritional Therapy, if you go on to complete your Dietary Educator certificate.
You will undertake a series of dietary educator role plays. In addition, you will upload the report that you prepared for one of the role play cases and write a reflection detailing your experience of the process.
If you have completed the BSc Hons Nutrition Science course you will be exempt from the Dietary Educator Consultation as you will have demonstrated these outcomes during level 4.
